CELEBRATING OPENING THE SECOND IYH SCHOOL!

The next celebration for the IYH team was to open their second school. It is called SHREE JUGAL LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL in Bishingar. It will be the learning centre for up to 200 primary school children in the Hagam District.

 

Jo, Jane, Nina and Pauline were joined by their partners from the Mandala Organisation, Mahendra, Milan and Shanta for the opening ceremony. Yet again, Jane worked her magic with the children by teaching English singing fun songs and  introducing active games. Her support team basked in the glory and everybody had a fantastic day. One of the highlights was the egg and spoon race which had everybody laughing closely followed by blowing and chasing bubbles. 

 

The actual ceremony was suitably formal with the IYH Team being presented with katas and thanked by the teachers and students.

 

Another wonderful day proving all effort is worthwhile.
